Our Ladies Only class is taught by Justinelouise Wilkes-Kendal,
our Female Instructor. The class offers quality instruction in Mixed
Martial Arts, teaching the most practical aspects from multiple
martial arts disciplines and self-defence in a relaxed and welcoming all-female environment.
