Gradings - Saturday 16th May

Gradings are being held on Saturday 16th May at Heston Community Sports Centre (in Heston School) Heston Road, TW5 0QZ, times are as follows:-

11:30 to 12:30 - Yellow to Orange belts
12:30 to 14:00 - Red and above

Please remember to bring your Insurance/Attendance cards.

Students please note that full uniform including belt (if awarded) and approved protective equipment MUST be worn whilst grading.

Please ensure that no jewellery is worn and finger and toe nails are cut.

There will be light refreshment in the form of fairy cakes and soft drinks. No profit will be made from this cake sale, all funds will be given to the charity DEMAND
